As you may (or may not) know as of September 1st 2007 Rob and I have made Houston TX our new home. Why would we do such a horrible thing, you ask?
Well… Rob is computer programming consultant and the company that he has been consulting for for many years decided to move their main offices out to Houston TX. There are seemingly a variety of reasons for the move, to save money being the number 1 reason, Halliburton (I assume) being the number 2. After much discussion we decided, why not? Opportunities like this don’t happen all that often and if we hate it; we come home. (more…)
